Precision agriculture, from scouting to spraying
Whether you're a farm manager, agronomist or contracting operator, we design agricultural drone programmes around your crop, your land and UK regulation — with DJI Agras spray platforms, Mavic 3 Multispectral for scouting and full operator training under one roof.
Crop Health & Scouting
Multispectral and NDVI mapping with the DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral to spot stress, disease and nutrient deficiency early.
Precision Spraying
DJI Agras T25, T50 and T100 platforms for targeted spraying, spreading and seeding — reducing chemical use and labour.
Field Mapping
High-accuracy field boundaries, drainage planning and topographic surveys using RTK-enabled aircraft.
Yield Analytics
Repeatable data workflows into DJI Terra, Pix4Dfields and agri-tech platforms for season-on-season insight.

Agricultural drones for UK farms, agronomists and spraying contractors
Agricultural drones now sit at the centre of UK precision farming. Multispectral scouting spots crop stress days before it's visible from the tractor cab; RTK mapping turns field boundaries and drainage runs into repeatable data; and DJI Agras spray platforms let contractors cover ground faster than a self-propelled sprayer with a fraction of the compaction. Whether you farm arable, horticulture, orchards, vineyards or grassland, Drone-Sales matches the aircraft, payload and training to your acreage, agronomy stack and CAA obligations.
For spraying, spreading and seeding we supply and support the full DJI Agras line-up — Agras T25, Agras T50, Agras T70 P and the flagship Agras T100. For scouting and mapping, the Matrice 4E with Zenmuse P1 or Zenmuse L2 LiDAR turn a single flight into orthomosaics, NDVI layers and terrain models.
Every agricultural drone we supply is backed by CAA-aligned SOPs, UK-based operator training and DJI-accredited workshop support — plus drone hire if you want to trial a platform before you buy. Browse the wider enterprise drone range or read our UK drone laws guide before flying commercially.
UK farm drone questions, answered
Are agricultural spraying drones legal in the UK?
Yes, but tightly regulated. Spraying with a DJI Agras requires a CAA Operational Authorisation, an approved SOP, an EASA/UK-approved product list check for the plant protection product, and — for anything over 25 kg MTOM — a specific category authorisation. We help operators build the CAA submission alongside the aircraft purchase.
Which DJI Agras is right for my farm size?
As a rule of thumb: Agras T25 for smaller mixed farms, horticulture and orchards; Agras T50 for typical UK arable contracts up to a few hundred hectares a day; Agras T70 P for higher-throughput contracting; and Agras T100 as the flagship for the largest spraying, spreading and seeding operations.
Can drones replace a self-propelled sprayer?
For most UK broadacre work a drone complements rather than replaces a sprayer — cutting compaction on wet ground, treating tramline-inaccessible areas, spot-spraying blackgrass or spraying steep and awkward field corners. For horticulture, vineyards and orchards, Agras platforms are increasingly the primary application method.
What does multispectral scouting with the Mavic 3M actually show me?
The DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral captures RGB plus four narrowband spectral channels (green, red, red-edge and near-infrared). Processed in DJI Terra or Pix4Dfields this produces NDVI, NDRE and chlorophyll maps that highlight crop stress, disease and nutrient deficiency days before it's visible to the eye — feeding variable-rate application maps back into the tractor.
Do I need a licence to fly a Mavic 3M or Agras drone?
Yes. Both aircraft exceed 250 g so an Operator ID and Flyer ID are mandatory. For commercial use — including on your own land, if you contract to a third party — you'll need an A2 CofC or GVC. Agras spraying additionally needs a full Operational Authorisation. See our UK drone laws guide for the current requirements.
Do you offer agricultural drone training and demos in the UK?
Yes — every Agras and Mavic 3M purchase includes UK-based onboarding, and pre-purchase demos or short-term drone hire can be arranged for farms and contractors evaluating a platform before committing.
