Account & orders: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order history.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation but never see your full card details.
Enquiries: anything you send via contact, trade-in, consultancy, or hire forms.
Technical: IP address, browser, device, and basic analytics.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order (contract).
To respond to enquiries (legitimate interest).
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting duties.
Marketing emails only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing.
Couriers (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail) — delivery.
Supabase & Cloudflare — hosting and database.
HMRC and other regulators where required by law.

Retention

We keep order records for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry and marketing data is kept only as long as necessary.
