These terms govern your use of drone-sales.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. About us

2. Orders and contracts
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is only formed once we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We do not store card details.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery page for timescales and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and cancellation
Consumer buyers have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months for DJI). Pre-owned items carry a limited warranty as stated on the individual product page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Drone regulations
UK drone use is regulated by the CAA. It is your responsibility to hold any required Operator ID, Flyer ID, or Operational Authorisation, and to fly in accordance with the Drone and Model Aircraft Code.
8. Liability
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
