Trade-in terms

  • We only accept DJI drones for trade-in.
  • Drones must be in Grade A or A+ condition — ideally still in the original box with all working parts and no damage.
  • We do not buy used drones for cash under any circumstances.
  • Trade-in value is given as store credit toward upgrading your existing drone.
  • There are no exceptions to these terms.

Common questions about how our drone trade-in programme works.

Do you accept any drone brands other than DJI?
No. We only accept DJI drones for trade-in. This keeps our grading consistent and ensures we can offer a fair valuation based on market demand and genuine parts availability.
What condition does my drone need to be in?
We require drones to be in Grade A or A+ condition. Ideally the drone is still in its original box, has all working parts, and shows no damage. If your drone does not fully meet this standard, please explain the exceptions in the form and our team will review whether we can proceed.
Will I receive cash for my trade-in?
No. We do not buy used drones for cash under any circumstances. Trade-in value is issued as store credit only, which can be used toward upgrading your existing drone.
Can the store credit be used for anything else?
Store credit from a trade-in is for the purpose of upgrading your drone. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Are there any exceptions to these terms?
No. Our DJI-only and store-credit-only policies apply to every trade-in request without exception. This protects both parties and keeps the process simple and transparent.
